Property allotments are established only upon execution of standard builder-buyer agreements, verification of regulatory clearances, and fulfillment of financial milestones agreed upon with Nine Squares Estate.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand identities, graphic designs, architectural renderings, 3D visualizations, aerial drone footage, written copy, code structures, and master layout diagrams presented on this portal are the intellectual property of Nine Squares Estate. You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit any material without explicit prior written authorization.
4. User Conduct & Security
